Charanay has worked in the financial services industry since 1996 and joined Blankinship & Foster in 2002.
In addition to managing the Client Service Department, she is responsible for many aspects of the overall administration of the firm. She is a member of the Compliance Oversight Committee and is responsible for day-to-day management of the firm’s compliance program.
Charanay embodies our core value of, “Learn, Grow and Improve” by continually finding ways to improve the firm’s systems and procedures. She is the “go-to” person for everything that doesn’t fit in any one department.
In her free time, Charanay enjoys spending time with her family, watching her son and daughter play sports, and enjoying the outdoors. Her hobbies include tennis, baking, hiking, and watching sunsets at the beach.
Why did you Join Blankinship & Foster?
When I was interviewing for the position, I met Jack Blankinship and Charles Foster for the first time. I was deeply impressed by their passion for doing what was best for their clients and providing a friendly, team-oriented environment for employees.
What quality of yours makes you best suited for what you do?
A trait that makes me suited for what I do is that I am an attentive person. I perform my job with a lot of detail and care.
